A Green Box is actually dangerous as it contains high voltage that can be hazardous if not inspected. These are in all walks of neighborhoods, specifically inner-city neighborhoods and often the first places dreams are discussed with friends at a young age. The green box helps give light to our homes and street lights. It is a source of hope and a meeting place for communities. Yet such a place also reflects that the environment we come from is dangerous, there is violence, drugs, negativity, and that one must be mindful of the people around. Even more so, it’s amazing to see people become successful from these communities and dictate the world well beyond the neighborhood they grew up in.
